These Terms govern your use of 70x7 Studio ("the app", "we", "us"), a tool that uploads a creator's own original videos to the creator's own YouTube channel after the creator authorizes access. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
70x7 Studio lets the authenticated channel owner publish video content they have produced to their own YouTube channel. After you grant access through Google's standard OAuth consent screen, the app can upload a finished video you choose and set its title, description, tags, category, and privacy status.
The app uses YouTube API Services. Your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke the app's access at any time via your Google security settings. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including failed or delayed uploads or any action taken by YouTube regarding your content or channel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
